Although you are an excellent Staff-level QA Project Engineer (m/f/d), you also have strong hands-on experience, and you can understand the challenges the teams are facing day to day. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• You will manage our division QA activities with 10+ cross-functional teams as a Senior Staff QA with focused responsibility designing and improving the agile test management to automated continuous testing for enterprise applications
• You will work in a state-of-the-art software development environment (DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Amazon Web Services)
• You will plan & execute larger testing projects owning the E2E quality delivery all the way to go-live and beyond of your domain
• You will question and optimize business processes and implementations. You don't mind coming up with suggestions for improvement
• You will learn and keep yourself up to date with the latest engineering trends, which you actively introduce into your team

COME AS YOU ARE:

• You are a Senior Staff level QA Program Manager (m/f/d) with high passion focusing on quality and test automation in cross-functional teams, have tested software platforms and have experience in test automation
• You are an excellent communicator & project manager, leading cross-team and cross-division level initiatives in an international & intercultural environment
• You are a team player and a role model, you show motivation and passion for your profession, and you can prepare and moderate presentations of all sorts of educational content for senior stakeholders, as well as engineers
• You have good programming skills (e.g. Java, Go, Groovy, scripting languages) and knowledge in test automation (WEB and API)
• You have worked with CI tools like Jenkins or TeamCity, as well as gained experience in using DevOps tools such as Docker and Test Containers
